It's Take on Me by Aha. I can't believe they are still playing that video. It was a hit when I was a kid and I'm well in my 30s now. Who knew?!

I LOVE THAT SONG! and that paper drawn animation was awesome. I heard it on the radio the other day and unfortunately have no idea what it's called
