I once met Sonny Bono at a political meeting in Washington, DC. We had a nice conversation about political matters that lasted for about 5 minutes. I found him to be a very interesting person who knew what he was talking about in the arena of politics.

Yes Mel Brooks who I think is the most rudest man I have ever meet. By the way hes the man who made Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, and has the show running on Broadway The Producers. I meet him throught a friend back in the 1970s

Yes... more than a few... the most memorable ones were:

    1) Hardcore Holly (a celeb, I guess if you're into wrestling)... He was at a local bar and on a dare (by my BF, at the time and a huge wrestling fan) I had to go ask him to dance... I walked up to him and asked him if he was Hardcore Holly and if he was having a good time in Nashville... the conversation went well until I asked him to dance. He said NO, he hadn't had enough beers yet!! It was pretty embarrassing!

    2) Jimmie Walker (It's Dy-no-Mite) from Good Times. He was working out at the gym. I told him that I used to be a huge fan of his when I was little watching Good Times and he told me that I was too young to even know about that show.... He was very nice.

I've met and conversed with Tom Arnald and Rosanne Barr, met them in a elevator at the hotel they were staying in while hosting the miss America pageant in Wichita, KS. Tom was really cool, Rosanne, not so much. Also have met Sam Eliot in a cafe in New Mexico. Met Tom Wopat (Dukes of Hazards) after a play he was in at the Kennedy Center in D.C. The play was Carousel. He was really cool. Said Hi to Steven Seagal, met him in China Town, L.A. while we were there for our senior trip. He was there filming a movie. We said hello to each other but that was all he had time for i guess..

Yes, the guy who won Stars in their Eyes as Cliff Richard.

It went ok, he was a nice fellow.

In a couple of weeks I'll be meeting Lisa Maxwell who plays Sam Nixon in The Bill.

I get to meet quite a lot of famous people where I work..some are nice and some are not...but I'm not naming and shaming..lol

yes, i have held a conversation with Mel Gibson. He was in my town filming a scene for his movie "SIGNS." We didn't talk for very long, he jus asked if i was excited to see his movie, who i was, what my plans for life are, and a few other things. I got to shake his hand, and he gave me a hug =). that was my celebrity conversation. =)

Yes somewhat. Most that your talking about is related to the dunning-krugger effect. that is really part of trends and popularity. this effect is when insuperior people think they are good and superior people underestimate themselves. this leads to a lot of problems. some people realize this or just don't act like that and make themselves better. also nerds are people who are different to. P.S. marilyn manson is different along with most other metal band people.

Yes and they all went fine.

Chris Osgood, Steve Yzerman and many other Red Wings (and former ones) to name a few. Also some baseball players and minor rock performers in my innocent groupie days.
