OhmyLord. I have this friend...lately he's been acting liek he and i are MARRIED. We're 14. I barely know him. He calls me honey and sweetheart, and says he got me drunk and married me in LA. I hate how he does this. He calls me "Marge' and even called a marriage counselor because i told him to stop. 
 He is starting to scare me, he is telling everyone he and  i are together...no matter what I say to him, he wont stop. I am really freaking out. Please help me? Please?

Next step I would ask him kindly just out of the blue what is his parents name. Girl get cracking and get that phone number and call his parents and tell them that if they cant get him to stop then the next step is call the Authorities. Becareful =)

You need to talk to a woman PC, and they can issue a worrant to him to stay away from you, this sort of thing happens a lot.
