Only temporarily
You see, when you get to the next level
like level 5( 5000)
then ask a question you are back to level 4 at 4995
You were at 5004 when the question was asked
because you have 4999 points and level 4
What should have happened what
the person reaches the next level
proceed on answering questions
for about 5 or 10 questions ( 10 or 20 points )
ask one you will still be safe.
One you answer some questions
2 points
choose the best answer for your question 3 points
you will be back on level 5

yes. in order to stay in level five you might wanna get up there....so that you can ask questios, but remain in level five
