Yahoo Answers?

I realize this forum is a way for some to get questions answered. But why is it sometimes the worst answers get picked as best. It seems to me some people have multiple accounts and vote for themselves. This is evidenced by the fact that you can often see a pattern of two or three votes for one person on every question. Does anyone think this unfair or does anyone even care????

Update:

I've seen it if you look at one persons answer profile..they will get 3 votes on almost every anser....I find it unusual that exactly 3 people will vote for this person every time.

Update 2:

Yes most of the time it isn't life or death, but i tend to give a lot of medical/dental advice as I am a dentist yet some of the answers are so bad that if followed could be life threatening

You do not need multiple accounts to vote for yourself. It is perfectly legal. Yahoo tried to stop the practice a couple of years ago and reversed their decision when too many answers were not being voted at all.

Answering your own question and picking the answer or voting multiple times is against the rules.
