i have a 94 blazer s-10 4.3 vortec starter replacement how hard is it to do it and what do yo need to do?
ithas alot of play in it but i cant seem to get it out its easy to take off with the 2 bolts...so thats easy but i need to take it out because it engages but nothing turns over...it just makes a high pitch squealing noise so idk what that could be but its not starting so im guessing its the gears in it...what needs to be taken off in order to take it actually off and bring it down in order to put in another one

you have to jack it up by the passenger frame and remove the wheel then take it out through the wheel well its tight but the only way
