Well, the good thing is you say you guuys actually talk so that helps! Say something like "You know what we should all do (referring to everyone at work)? WE should all go for drinks after work this FRiday." and see how he reacts.

Just get everyone's number from work and then one day when you're both scheduled be like dude I really need a ride can you help me out...make up some dumb excuse...then flirt on the way there and back if he obliges...then bring him a little gift the next time so he feels special... and do the catch eye look down bashfully thing and tuck your hair behind your ear trick LOL

Drop something in front of him & bend over slowly to pick it up...that should get the ball rolling nicely.

try tp get in contact with him more like getting his number and ask him if he would like to see a movie with u or hekka lie and say that u need a ride to the movies and see an interesting movie that u & him like

I agree with sunny side up... make arrangement for some group activities and then slowly draw him in...
