Anybody know how do I claim for the cash rebate?

Read from "The Malaysian Insider"; looks like we can claim the rebate from post office, but when can we start to do the rebate claim still remains unclear.

Oh yes, let's spend our way to prosperity. They say it might be May but the Senate wants to extend benefits to SS recipients and extend welfare/unemployment benefits. So they might not get a compromise on the bill very soon. then if these added items are included, Bush will veto it, which is just what the Democrats really want him to do in an election year.
