I just made a trade for j. peavy and c. hart for e. santana and r. church. I did this since I believe that peavy will recover nicely and he's a proven commodity and church and hart are just about equal but I think hart has a much better upside.
Did I make the right move? If not I need to trade someone but who? I have a decent team it's just that a rod and martinez hasn't come through yet but I need hr's/rbi's. I'm getting killed in that category. Luckily despite all this I'm sitting in 2nd.

I think it was a very good move. Hart will end up with better numbers than Church. Hart might not help too much in the HR department, but he's a clutch hitter with RISP, which will help your RBI's. Peavy is a top starting pitcher. Giving up Earvin Santana for him was a steal. He'll be strong for you as the year progresses.
