Fantasy baseball help?

Here's my squad:

c: v. martinez, m. olivo

1st: c. jackson

2nd: o. hudson

ss: r. theriot

3rd: a. rod, d. wright

of: b. upton, s. victorino, j. ellsbury, j. votto, r. church

Pitching

r. holladay, c. kershaw, b. webb, g. floyd, m. garza,

e. santana, j. putz, h. street, b. ryan

I just made a trade for j. peavy and c. hart for e. santana and r. church. I did this since I believe that peavy will recover nicely and he's a proven commodity and church and hart are just about equal but I think hart has a much better upside.

Did I make the right move? If not I need to trade someone but who? I have a decent team it's just that a rod and martinez hasn't come through yet but I need hr's/rbi's. I'm getting killed in that category. Luckily despite all this I'm sitting in 2nd.
