if i freeze yogurt [actual yogurt like dannon], will it make for a good low cal smoothie?
ive been going to this place called "froots" and their smoothies are so high in calories, but i LOVE smoothies. the dmbass behind the counter told me that all the calories come from the fruit, and i was too embarrassed for him to correct him...im just gona start making my own again. before, id make them only with fruit, ice, and juice. if i freeze yogurt and add that instead of ice, will it turn out tasty?

Some people like regular smoothies with yogurt in them, but I wouldn't recommend freezing it. Ice doesn't add any calories to your smoothie so I don't see any reason to cut it out. Ultimately, the calories in you smoothie are just the sum of what you put in it, so it could make a good low-cal smoothie, but if you're also adding lots of sugar it won't be so great for you.
