Microsoft standard games?

My parents erased solitaire. Can anyone tell me where I can re-download the original version without having to install windows?

    You didn't say which version of Windows you are running but the "basics" are the same.

    How do you know it is erased? They may have just deleted the "short cut"?

    But the easiest way if you don't want to go "looking" for it, is:

    Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Windows Components | Accessories | Games.

    If the checkmark is in it, then the probably just removed the "shortcut". Remove the checkmark and click OK. Then close out to the "Control Panel". Go back in and put the checkmark back in and click on OK. It is now re-installed.
