Best tires for 2009 Subaru Forester?

Now that I am going to be buying a 2009 Subaru Forester, my boyfriend has been saying that I should get summer tires and winter tires for it. Just wondering how good the stock tires are that come on the Forester Touring package? It says they are all season, but I know that I definately would want to get winter tires because Manitoba winters are horrible!! Anyone have any suggestions on what tires I should get for summer and which I should get for winter? I would more then likely be buying them at Costco.

any tire with the snowflake on mountain symbol will work fine in the snow. get whatever's cheapest. you can use your stock tires as 'summer tires' for now. they aren't great for high performance driving but they are perfectly fine for everyday driving

First of all shop around because Costco in tot the cheapest or best place to buy tires. Also it depends on what kind of driving you do and ho bad your winters are. I personally would not waste money on two sets on tires and wheels unless you race the car in the summer and get long snowy winters with constant snow. I live in Oregon where we get some snow but not a whole lot. My last set of tires was Kumho ASX's which is categorized as a performance all season tire. Great traction in the dry and no problem what so ever in the snow. $420 for a set installed at America's tire but that was a couple years ago so it might be more now. If the Forester still comes with the old RE 92's then they are okay for about 5000 miles but after that they will last but the wet and snow traction is not so good.

I'm making good profit with penny stock. Check here http://trade-pennystock.checkhere.info/

Many new investors are lured to the appeal of a penny stock due to the low price and potential for rapid growth which may be as high as several hundred percent in a few days. Similarly, severe loss can occur and many penny stocks lose all of their value in the long term. Accordingly, the SEC warns that penny stocks are high risk investments and new investors should be aware of the risks involved but you can even make very big money. These risks include limited liquidity, lack of financial reporting, and fraud. A penny stock is a common stock that trades for less than $5 a share. While penny stocks generally are quoted over-the-counter, such as on the OTC Bulletin Board or in the Pink Sheets, they may also trade on securities exchanges, including foreign securities exchanges. In addition, penny stocks include the securities of certain private companies with no active trading market. Although a penny stock is said to be "thinly traded," share volumes traded daily can be in the hundreds of millions for a sub-penny stock. Legitimate information on penny stock companies can be difficult to find and a stock can be easily manipulated.

Probably Yokohama but Subaru also use Bridgestone as an OEM supplier on some models. OEM tires do not have wear warranties and are not designed for long wear as this is not a requirement for an OEM manufacturer. OEM tires with 24k on them will look like aftermarket replacements with 40k on them. That is just how it is. Nobody swapped your tires.

In terms of summer tires, you absolutely don't need them unless you want to do some performance oriented driving (ie racing, taking turns aggressively, etc). So i doubt you'd want summer tires.

In terms of winter tires, they're really only necessary if it snows. Otherwise, all season tires are just fine in rain and light snow.

Despite their volatility, trading penny stocks can be extremely lucrative. Here are three ways that you can profit from investing in penny stocks https://tr.im/Gfvog

The good news about penny stocks is that you can buy a good amount of shares without going broke. It’s thus easier to get a good stake in a company for less than you would pay for stock of a larger organization. To find a company that you feel confident investing in, make sure to do your research. Don’t just choose a company because you saw an article about it, or because your friend is investing in it.
