Ability to "respond" is based on our ability to "relate" to the subject at hand or hidden guilt that causes a reason to withhold openness.

The psyche will NOT respond because it CAN NOT due to limited experience or input or because IT IS BEING HELD BACK because of FEAR that saying anything will REVEAL inadequacy or prove guilt.

All the time, especially because i have a memory condition so finding words is really hard for me especially when i'm under stress. I've included an article that you might find interesting, i suffer from OCD related anxiety and have found that Neptune (deep, cold water- which is less polluted) Krill Oil caplets (no fishy taste) works wonder for relieving anxiety and depression. I took 2 a day for the first month and then 1 a day after the first month and it changed my life. I can now talk to attractive women without being nervous, normally there's no way i could do this, and i'm comfortable where ever I am. Fish oil probably works also, it's really similar, made up of DHA and EPA. And at only $24 a month for the first month and $24 every other month anyone can afford it.

With some people I do, If you can relax with someone that's great, but their are others where you can get tongue tied, and freeze up entirely, even your mouth will go dry, I some times have to give an announcement in our club, and it can be difficult, until I get going, it's just a nerve thing, I think with confidence you will get better.

    Good luck

I just recently started looking for a new job and I get really nervous like that when I even pick up an application. Its obviously the person and evironment that make you freeze up. I DO IT TOO!

Yeah, happens to me too. My mind goes blank and I don't really have anything to say. Mostly around people I don't know well or haven't seen in a really long time.

Yes, nervous, shocked, caught off guard. I do my very best to keep my wits about me. I don't like surprises, and I try to stay at least one step ahead of everyone else.

talk to whomever it may be like its your best friend. visually put this friend in place of who you are talking too.
