I have two columns, each has a measured duration of time, and I need to add the two together (example B1 and B2) to get a total measurement of time. For example, the amount of time spent making green widgets added to the amount of time spent making red widgets. Please help! Thank you!

I have to do this for work and the person that was there before me did not leave any direction. It is very frustrating for me. I have done this a couple of times, just in time, but I can not recall how to do it exactly so that I can assuredly do it again, and God willing, have directions for someone else to do it going forward. One of the "tools" I need to use is Filezilla if that helps any. I would appreciate your help with this so very much. Thank you!

I am working a temp job, indefinitely. Months ago I interviewed for a permanent position. There has been a lot of indecision on the part of the full time position hiring people, and they once asked if I could work there for two days to test things out. I declined because I would have to forfeit my temp position with no guarantee that I would have the permanent position. They said they understood. Now they have approached me with another scenario, to work there two weeks to test things out. I inquired about my temp position, and they have no answer as to the length of my assignment. Please give some advice on how best to handle this, thank you.

I am working as a temp at a wonderful company, and I am hoping that they will keep me as a permanent employee. There is an employee appreciation day tomorrow, and one of the prequels that were distributed today was a thank you card, and the request that we give them to people that we appreciate. I really do appreciate the people I work with and would like to take this opportunity to show them in this way. Any suggestions on wording? Would it be the wrong thing to do? Would it seem like a brown-nose gesture rather than a genuine appreciation? Thank you for your help with this!
