Hi. Okay, I'm in college, but I work at a grocery store in the summers. I've obviously had boyfriends and such before, but this one guy just confuses me so much! Ok, I work with this one guy and he's really cute and I do have a little crush on him. Anyway, we talk on the phone sometimes, flirt a lot a work, text often, BUT whenever he asks to hang out with me, he always ends up blowing me off! This has happened like 5 times and I don't get it! What is going on in his mind?

no idea. maybe you arr just sooo beautiful, it blows his mind away. Sit him down, ask him if he is interested in you or if he is just plain nervous, shy or scared i.e. past relationships may have damaged him or he prob thinks it's too fast or you're rushing or I dunno. Take him aside or go for lunch at work and try talking to him about it or is he just after some fun and that's all?

a good idea would probably be busy the next time he asks you out, or answer with,"will you actually be there, or are you just gonna do your usual thing and skip out because if you're going to do that, then this is not for me. i don't deserve this, and i don't need you."
let's see what he'll say to that.
