How does a 19D that has never been Infantry compare anything? If a 19D was an 11B then I would listen to what he has to say.

Besides that, if he was an 11B and switched over to 19D, he must have lost the pair he was born with. Just kidding. One mans junk, another mans treasure.

All the rivalry between MOSs and branches is all well and good. You should be proud of what you are doing. But I also believe we are all a team, and support one another. At least that is how it should be. All MOSs and all branches.

Both have the good and bad points.

You will find 11B has a promotion point advantage. But 19D has an assignment flexibility advantage.

    Try both!

The one's I knew did... but, they were Airborne and used motorcycles. I don't think it would be quite the same scouting for an Armored division. They're pretty much sending you out to keep their gazillion dollar tanks from getting ambushed...Of course even the Airborne scouts had this thing about TOW wires.

well, 19 series really dont do much of anything unless he is a recon scout, if anyone wants a challenging life 11Bis the only way to go
