What if they played for...?
If these players started for these teams, would they be Pro bowl players at their respective positions....?
1.Reggie Bush-Minnesota Vikings(behind their line)
2.Calvin Johnson-Indianapolis Colts(with Peyton)
3.Dwayne Bowe-New England Patriots(pass happy offense)
4.Vernon Davis-San Diego Chargers(instead of Gates)
And what if these players started with these teams, would they still have the success that they do now....?
1.Tom Brady-San Francisco 49ers(no line or receivers)
2.Adrian Peterson-Detroit Lions(2nd worst run blocking line)
3.Randy Moss-Oakland(oh yeah, we know how that worked out)

Reggie Bush would be worse in Minnesota. The only way he's any good now is because Sean Payton knows how to use him in ways other than tailback.
Calvin Johnson would perform about the same. Both Mike Martz's offense that he played in last year and the Colts' offense have little to do with receiver talent, and more about spacing and route running.
Dwayne Bowe had a pretty good season with the Cheifs. He would do better in NE, though.
Vernon Davis would not do as well as Gates does, and would not make the Pro Bowl. Gates is out of this world; the only thing about Davis that's any good is his 40 time.
Tom Brady - Would not play as well as he does in NE, would play better than Alex Smith has though.
Peterson - Would play better than any current Lion, but not by much. Would be much worse than he is in Minnesota
Moss - Terrible. We've seen that. He needs motivation; Oakland's not a good place to get it.

Reggie Bush hasn't figured out how to run at the NFL level. He still tries to do all the East-west crap that only worked at college because of his atletisicm. Now he is going up defense that are athletic and have experience at stoping players better than he. Even behind such a good O-line he'd still do poorly.
Calvin Johnson would be good.... If he could crack that starting line-up in Indy. It's not like they have terrible recievers, they have some pretty damn good ones.... Johnson is a pro-bowl caliber player no matter where he is, but at Indy, he'd get some great stats.
For Dwayne Bowe it's the same thing as Calvin Johnson. Great talent no matter where, but his stats would be boosted if he was a starter in New England.
Vernon Davis wouldn't see a stat change if he played in San Diego. The reason Antonio Gates gets huge stats at San Diego is not because of the system there, but because Antonio Gates is the best TE, period. There's nothing special about the system there, so there'd be no bonus for Davis.
Tom Brady would have a stat drop, yes, but he still has the tools to make a team good. He still has Frank Gore and Vernon Davis if he play in San Fran, so it's not like he's the only one there. He's probable be a pro-bowler still. though 50 td's is out of the question, in fact he'd be hard pressed to get 30 in San Fran.
Adrian Peterson in Detriot would be interesting and I think he could make it work. He has immense talent, but could he live up to the immense pressure of being compared to Barry Sanders? The greates RB of all time, who if I remember, never had a offenisve line worth crap. I think he could still be a consistant 1,000+yard back and even push break 1500 yards a couple time in his carrer if he was a Lion. THOUGH Detriot is currently undergoing some changes on the O-line and there supposedly better this upcoming season.......
Randy Moss only plays when he wants to. He wouldn't want to play in Oakland again. He's have poor stats... again....

1.Tom Brady-San Francisco 49ers(no line or receivers) NO
2.Adrian Peterson-Detroit Lions(2nd worst run blocking line) Doubtful, It would take a few seasons.
3.Randy Moss-Oakland(oh yeah, we know how that worked out) Obviously Not.

Brady always was and always will be great, what if peyton started with the 49ers? We all seen what Brady could do with only 1 key reciever last year, imagine if he had the recievers peyton has had his ENTIRE career..... Calvin Johnson with Brady or peyton would be Dominance

Bush would only be a little better because he still tries to run around everyone like he's still in college
Peterson would still be great, maybe not 1800, but between 1200-1500 yds
Brady would be trash
