Can i download Direct X 9.0c(June 2008) on my Vista Ultimate because in its requirement it required All windows but i'm confused because vista already have Direct X 10???

The 10 is better... more up to date.
If you need updates... run... windows update. If none show up.. then you are up to date. Unless you have not got SP1 for Vista yet.

Crysis will run extra suitable on DX 9.0 on Vista. you'll lose the the added suitable images of DX10, yet would have extra suitable performance.
