Is there any organization that can help me with a loan or something for SRS?

I don't sleep much. The thoughts of figuring out where to acquire the money for the SRS that I so desperately need keeps me up to all hours. I can't keep going the way I am.

Update:

Maybe a SRS surgeon that will let me pay off my bill, like my dentist and the ER have? Do any surgeons do that?

Monthly is plausible. I can't SAVE when I'm spending on transition stuff right now, but I'd certainly be able to PAY OFF cause I wouldn't also be spending on laser and what-not.

I can't think of any that are available. I can totally appreciate how you feel. However this is one of those areas where your desire for a better tomorrow should lead to dramatic changes today. Start saving for it. But don't neglect your happiness in the meantime. It is not a magic procedure to being happy. You are who you are and happiness comes from within, not your anatomy. Be happy with who you are as a person (not necessarily physically....but you you REALLY are) and then when when your body finally matches who you are, then you are that much better off.

I am not implying there is not a lot of expense in the present. Trust me, I am right there with you. But short of winning the lottery (which would involve throwing much needed money away in the meantime) the only option some times is to make lifestyle adjustments and work towards it. I truly do wish I had better advice for you because if I did then i would not be in the same position.
