Question as to a dog's health?

This dog has two things going on. First it seems to have rubbed hair off of its underbelly, not alot, but noticable. Second it has an ear condition, the ear is "crispy and clumpy", chunks of fur come off and is white and dusty but is stuck together but this white substance and the dog is relectant to allow its owner touch the ear.

Update:

First of all, didn't say it was my dog, second, if you are not going to help, don't say jack!

    What does your vet say?

My guess is the dog has a yeast ear infection and possibly a bacterial skin infection.

Sounds like a trip to the vet is in the best interest of your dog.

This dog is probably miserable, please take him/her to the vet. There is obviously something wrong with the dog.
