hey man, it always hurts and its always hard to accept any sort of rejection. but remember its what you choose to do and think afterwards that really coulds.
for example is you try not to let it get you down you will feel so much better and look cooler. even the most successful, attractive people i know have been dumed and its a natural part of life and it should help you grow.
the most important rule in this universe is 'mind over matter' and if you dont mind then it does not matter. i know thats easier said then done because recently my boyfriend broke up with me and it hurt, but i also learnt it will hurt more if i try to think about it and fix it..
remeber dont go back and do not try to go back, if something ended there was probably a reason for it and this person wasnt for you.
try to keep yourself busy with otherthings and do not get left behind, start doing things for yourself and so many other doors will open up and you wil start thinking "why didnt we break up sooner!"
there are plenty of fish in the sea, and while u like them and it hurts try think about the bad things about them, but do not get bitter, accept it as a part of life and try move on with your life as hard as it is :)
try have other experiences without them, like go hire a video set u wanna watch, discover new things and learn!
life is for doing and enjoying! dont have regretes things will get beter then u imained! :D

I absolutely know the feeling dude. The best thing to do is grieve about it as best as you can. Don't hide it and just go about a process that only you know what it should be. I had a g/f for 3 1/2 years and it was nearly impossible for me to get over her. I think I have...but it took time. I just think you need to see the benefits of being single and just grieve....I suggest you find a way to kill the time...like exercise...watch a movie...do something to try and take your mind off her!

Hang out with the guys and have a few laughs...keep busy and you won't constantly be thinking about it.

Hey it happens. You'll be sad and maybe a little depressed for a while and then you'll move on.

It probably just wasn't meant to be. Just tell yourself she wasn't the right person for you, and that you can do better.
