YES I DO. i made this for a few of my vegan friends, and they really really loved it.

Put 2 cups of strawberries, one banana, 1/2 a cup of mangoes, and peaches in a blender.

blend until the fruit mixture is well blended into a pulp, then add Orange Juice and ice.

Blend until smooth, and then add sugar to tastes.

its really simple, but relaly good. and personally, i like it better without the milk.

Use soy milk or lactose free milk and add frozen fruit for the ice part. You can also add in a pack of instant Plain oatmeal if you want it to be more filling - just blend it really good (liquify).

You can also try adding ice and some pureed peanuts and chocolate powder.

You can also get egg protein powders and GNC in Vanilla and Chocolate flavour although it is expensive.

L I people some can handle yogurt and some can't so you have to be specific as to what you can't handle, what about soy milk I am sure you could find something on that.
