While Bush may not be the sharpest crayon in the box, he certainly didn't do any grave injustice which warrants anything in which he will need a pardon. Many of you forget that he wasn't the only one that put us in our current situation. Even the lieing, deceitful Hillary Clinton once backed the war.

McCain should distance himself from Cheney and his monkey gang(Bush included). So, no, this will not happen because there will never be charges against Bush. That would be like picking on the kid in a wheel chair. Bush never ran this country, Cheney did. Bush was his mentally handicapped friend that got to be poster child. You gotta admit, Cheney played this country like a harp from hell and Bush gets the blame.

"Pardon? He hasn't done anything illegal. So what will he pardon him for?"

Doesn't need to. Bush has not broken any laws. If he had, he would have been impeached. The dems were rabid with the idea of impeaching him because they were still pissed off that Clinton was impeached.
Ian...If Bush lied, then both Clintons lied, Kerry lied, almost every person in Congress lied. The all had access to the same information as Bush, and came to the same conclusion. Your whole argument is flawed, and it is very old and tired.
Curtis...First, the commandment is "Thou Shalt Not MURDER." The word is misinterpreted when "kill" is used. Second, who did Bush murder? Nobody.

If Bush even gets stinged by anyone critically, I bet he can wire some funds from his Swiss bank accounts to rebuild his life in Latin America, so there's no need to protect him from people who hate him so much to the point they want to kill him.
