I made a butterscotch angel delight yesterday, and scoffed the lot! I have also banned myself from buying biscuits, cake, or any such goodies.

When I'm feeling very middle aged and miserable I go to a supermarket and I buy a whole cooked chicken, then I sit in the car park and scoff the lot. Something about the protein lifts my spirits. Also, at my age, I don't give a stuff what anyone thinks. I am oblivious.

Lol! A Carrier bag full of cherries from my homeland! And I have done it too! I was fine after a few windy days, but when I did the same with plums straight from the tree in France, I went right off plums!

Celery. Do you like celery? You can eat celery all day long and not gain an ounce, because it's a "zero" food. In other words, it requires exactly as many calories to digest celery as there is in the celery.
