Marco Polo?
What is the point of the game "Marco Polo"? What are the rules? It is mostly played in the swimming pool, though I have seen one instance of it played on land. I never could figure it out by watching. It just seems like kids randomly yelling "Marco!" and "Polo!"

I played it when I was a kid. It was fun.
One kid is it and is blindfolded. He must try to find the other swimmers in the pool by calling out "MARCO" and the other players answering him/her with "POLO". He can only use sound and touch to find the players. When your "it" you can feel currents the other players swimming around make and try to grab for them.
Back in those days we had to make up games and things to do. We didn't have a computers to create games for us.
