Getting sick more often with lots of sugar.....?
Anyone else noticed that they seem to contract viruses more often if they're eating a lot of sugar? Also, viruses take longer to clear up?

DUH sugar is toxic to the body so you will get sick more if your over doing it. There is a book about it called the Karma of Sugar.
