Most accurate body fat estimator?
Aside from water displacement, does anyone know the most accurate formula for calculating body fat percentage? I get a huge range. According the YMCA formula, I'm obese (funny because I'm also considered severely underweight for my height), and according to the U.S. Navy's formula, I'm an athlete (also far from accurate).
Thanks!
(Also, please do not direct me to BMI calculator. I know my BMI. I'm looking for an accurate body fat estimation.)

You can only know by getting an accurate (read: expensive) estimate like a DEXA estimate or air displacement (like water displacement). Nothing else comes close. Sorry.

All of those on line estimators are unreliable. the closest result you may are available the time of could be one that takes particular measurements. The "enter height and weight" element is in order that unsuitable and simplistic that i will't even think of it being even remotely extraordinary. out of your description, it rather is in all probability 0.5 of that.

i don't think you can be obese and severely underweight - doesn't make sense - but grab your fat and see how many inches it is
