What to eat after eating a lot of sugar?

What's a good food to eat , for your teeth, after eating a lot of sugar? Is there something that can neutralize the acid effect of all that sugar?

    drink milk or eat something like some cheese..

    It will act to buffer the acid from the sugar..

    Brushing your teeth right after is not a good idea,
