who is going to win rookie of the year next season? . does help to go to a team with no stars so you stand out?. i think rose has no chance as it looks like he is going to the bulls and they have a lot of young talent

it does not matter what team you go to. you do not have to be the best player to be the best rookie. however it does help if you are the best player because you get more shots and the ball goes through you more on offense. Rose might not go to the bulls. the bulls might trade out of the pick and get dwyane wade. If i had to guess i would say either beasley or mayo

Chicago Bulls draft pick Michael Beasley. Bulls are my team he and will put us back in the playoffs long term.

if Rose goes to the heat he will win it cause that would be almost perfect for him with the run and gun type of team the heat can build with their roster
