can to cold air conditioned room cause hair to be dry?

can air conditioned rooms make my hair dry creating like a winter simulation in my room

Update:

ahah now i gotta stay away from to much heat and to cold lol to many rules

    yep, sure can it takes moisture out of ur hair

    well you can definetly get sick! and you can get it dried after about 10-15 minutes
