Kobe can't stop Paul Pierce, he can't stop Ray Allen, he can't stop Rajon Rondo, he can't stop James Posey, and he can't stop Eddie House. Kobe missed so many defensive assignments. Thanks to Kobe for confirming how OVERRATED he is.

We should have traded Kobe for Brandon Roy, LaMarcus Aldridge, a couple of other supporting players and the couple of first round picks back in the day instead of trading Shaq.

I'm glad the Celtics finally shut their critics up. All but one of the ESPN "experts" picked the Lakers to win. I doubt anyone of them actually watched more than 15 of the Celtics games in the regular season. The east clearly had the two best defensive teams in the league. History teaches us that great defense always wins and this year's Celtics is one of the best defensive team in the history of the NBA. When the finals came, all of a sudden these "experts" changed their mind and decided that great offense would prevail over great defense. They're all Laker bandwagon hoppers and I hope the are embarrassed with their picks. Even with injuries to three of their starters, the Lakers are so soft, they can't even hold court.

Listen.... I am a Laker fan, And I have nothing but respect for the Celtics. They overcame the odds and proved they were better than the Lakers ... Don't Get me started on the over-Dramatic Paul Pierce. But Pierce is a grerat player and will be for many years to come. Kobe was missing a lot of shots last night, and just could'nt make a lay-up to save his life. Kobe missed a bunch of assignments because he thinks he is the best player for the Lakers, but I'd say that GasolThe refs did call a few fouls i didnt agree with however, When Pierce ran into Kobe and they called Kobe for the foul, I was a bit angry at that. But It didnt matter because that was just two shots by pierce and Boston won by 5. But what I'm trying to say is we Laker fans have no excuse, we simply got outplayed last night.

I'm a Lakers fan.

The Celtics were the better team last night. I have to admit the truth.

Win or lose I'm still a Lakers fan 4 life. I also like the Cletics big 3, but I am rooting for the Lakers.

haha word what happened is boston showed the diffrence between a blue collar team and a white collar team boston showed everybody even laker fans alike why they deserve the hype kobe is a great gambling defender but first team d no slide bruce bowen or shane battier in ther they are much better individual defenders and pau gasol may come away with 2 blocks a game but is not a great indiviual defender just ask kevin garnett the reson they came back is because they don't play consistent d and the boston big three was dare i say UNDERRATED coming into the finals against this big bad lakers team everyone said they were i don't care what they did against denver,utah, and san antonio cause unless you have been living under a rock you know the celtics laid the smackdown on the western conference during the regular season!

I cant believe the celtics actually won! I turned off the game early and then i saw the headlines this morning and i thought what in the world? What happened? The Lakers had a major breakdown. My Detroit Pistons always do that they get going strong and then they just break down!

hey im a real laker fan and i will give legit reasons (not excuses) why the lakers lost

1. They got comfortable and didn't try to get to the basket in the second half

2. Kobe had a rough night but other than points he contributed (10 assists and 4 stls)

3. Phil left vujacic and farmar out there WAY too long they went a combined 2-15 and the celtics bench outscored LA's 35-15

4. Odom and gasol both disappeared in the second half

5. Terrible defense made it way too easy for boston

Well celtic fans as soon as the series is over enjoy ur championship

No excuses i haven't heard any excuses from any laker fans really the lakers just gave up they did all that work in the first half for nothing if you look at the stats you would wonder how did they lose most of the starters were scoring especially Odom i really don't know what to say i still stunned but Greg and the other Celtics fans you don't have to rub it in why can't you just win gracefully and don't be a sore winner.

Amen brother they have been given it exceeded to them and now they are asserting whaa we've been given injuries whaaaaaaa i'm a toddler whaaaaa what they might desire to be asserting is the mavs performed an outstanding interest and we did not have an answer and it dosen't matter if the mavs have been given beat by making use of the lakers a gaggle of cases in history we in basic terms care approximately what surpassed off final night!!!!

We just flat got outplayed the second half. No excuses here. I'm not hanging my head though. I'll be cheering just as loud for the Lakers in game 5.

If the ship happens to sink then I will proudly go down with them. Only bandwagon fans will abandon ship at this point. Right now I'm just hoping we can plug up the hole and keep this ship afloat.
