Sites offering HTML page uploads???
I want sites which offer HTML page uploads without any ads in that page... for free....

If you are creating the '.html' files and just want to put them out on the web, you can usually do that by uploading them to the space provided by your Internet service provider. They usually give you more than enough space to host your own site.
Of course there will be no ads since you will be creating the pages yourself.
Otherwise, if you want an easier solution I suggest using TinyPurpleGrapes.com. You don't write your own html, instead you edit your pages using an editor. It's easy to create a site, its FREE and there are NO ADS.
