Last night i was talking to my ex, and i havent seen/talked to him in forever and then he told me that he raped his best friends gf. and he knows that i was raped a while back. she told. i just don't know, what to think when he told me, i couldnt feel anything i was crying and shaking but i couldnt feel any emotions what so ever... i don't know, should i go back to my therapist or what? im to confused...

first of all, break all ties with him,  you need to tell someone, you need to get it out, rape is not a joke , and iits not good that you still talk to him, break your ties, you will get hurt in the end,  you need to speak to someone and get your thoughts out, you have been raped so that  your dealing with know this, its to much, and you need to get your head straight

one way to do that, dont talk to him, if he calls tell him if you call again i will turn you in, if you call again i wll call the cops if you call again i will have you arrested and i am taping this call so that if you hurt me somone will know, u have to stand up to him or you will keep getting hurt,

You cried, shook and wanted to go back to your therapist. Why do you let your ex drive your emotions? Do not talk with him. What happened already is the past. You can't do anything about it. Live your life. Don't let him ruin your days. If you don't just sleep with any Tom, Dick and Harry, no one will care if you were raped before.

Remember, the problem you face today is just too big to handle but in a few years time, you will wonder why you were so weak today. All will be over. Trust me. Be good.
