We are the same age and I read lots of fashion magazines.
I recommend Teen Vogue or Seventeen. If you are a more serious reader like I am, I suggest InStyle, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Elle, and Vogue.

It's not really a magazine you can buy in the shops but Asos.com do a monthly magazine (go to the website and sign up for it) and it has really nice clothes in it. Plus it's free!

Seventeen magazine has all of the latest fashions for Spring. They instruct the fees, the place to get them, and the designer of the clothing. you may get such countless sturdy suggestions from it!! I noticeably propose it! =] And it is totally for youths!!

don't know what they do or don't offer in the UK, but i'd suggest teenvogue, allure, instyle, nylon, and lula. others like seventeen and cosmogirl are okay, but they get really childish sometimes.

seventeen's fashion is practically nonexistent. i am 15, and i get teenvogue for real fashion, and then allure for beauty items. sometimes i get Lucky, but thats more for young women who work at offices.

do yu have seventeen magazine there?
if you do, i would suggest that!
they have amazing fashion tips!
