    It would be "eiectere in tuum pectorem" assuming that the "you" is singular and that "launch forth" is a singular imperative. If it is a plural imperative, change "eiectere" to "eiecterite." Also I used chest as a metonymy for heart which sounds better, but if you want to be more literal replace "pectorem" with "cordem."
