What foot do you step with first ?

U step the same side u use your hand.

in band we always step off with our left foot (beats 1 and 3 is left, beats 2 and 4 is right)

I step with my left foot first.

I take my first step with my right foot. I start chewing on the right side of my mouth. I wear my jewelry on the right hand and wrist and i when i put on my socks, gloves or clothes, i start on the right side.... i sometimes find it strange.

i use my left foot to prop me up...and then make the first step with my right...but left foot is doing all the work

when i long jump...i lunge off my left foot

I just it depends on what side of the seat i'm sitting in I get up from sometimes my left sometimes my right. But, its an interesting question. I think I'll pay more attention just to see. lol

I step with it both ways. It depends which way i'm turning and also which one i last stepped with if i only stop for a second.
