My Windows Vista has a blank screen when i turn it on?

There is no start bar, no icons, no wallpaper, jus my documents is open that it. I can use the computer normally if i do ctrl - alt - del then I open task manager and run "explorer" from there. So i how can I get my computer to start normally or how can I get "explorer to run automatically.

Update:

the system restore doesnt work either

    make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for windows vista to run....

    Download TuneUp Utilities and click StartManager. Add Explorer.exe to it.

    There is any problem in vga card or video card and secondly move to safe mode remove the driver and reinstall i think this can solve your problem
