I'm 46 and pretty sure I'm in the first stages of menopause. No hot flasts, but irregular periods, dizzy, can't concentrate. Any tips would be soo helpful!

Well the age is about right so go to your doctors for a simple blood test it will show where your hormone levels are

Yeah, Go see your doctor. My aunt thought the same thing and discovered she was Pregnate. Better safe than sorry.
