Goodbye Mr A. by the Hoosiers. What is the true meaning of the song?

Don't know if many artists want there to be a 'true meaning' to any song, think it's all about the personal interpretation.

However, I did hear an interview with the band where they discussed their influence for this song specifically. They said that in 'Goodbye Mr A', they were referring to manufactured bands/artists/music, and how the trend of such 'plastic pop' was leading to the denegration of the music business in general. This can be seen when one considers the name 'Mr. A' - an umbrella term for Any old person, your average Joe who wants to, and unfortunately does, become famous due to music moguls such as Cowell, Walsh etc etc.

Mr A = Mr Anal.

Ps. They blow goats.

if you listen at one point it says goodbye mr aids

so i think it supports research for aids

but thats just my view
