ideas for crazy fun things to do in a boring town!!?

Question

ok so me and some friends live in a town that is sorta big, but not really. there isn't much to do in that town. We can't drive yet, so when we hang out we don't have much to do. we get bored. we walk around town alot. but thats it.
and we sorta wanna do some crazy daring things, things that could get us into trouble but not. We can't really think of any ideas tho. 
i thought of one idea like seran wrapping one of our other friends car, like wrapping that stuff all around there car :) haha
but thats the only idea i got.
if you have any other ideas, that would be sweet.
tell me any sweet things you and your friends have done.
or even things you and your friends do when your bored, or to pass the time.

My dad and his friends back in the day when they got bored they went out to a farm shot a cow, had a BBQ and invited a bunch of their friends.

One time me and my friends played ghost in the graveyard at night in a closed golf course , that was hella fun

okay. this is what you do: Pick two landmarks well known in your town. Get a bunch of kids from your school (and people who CAN drive). All gather at one of the landmarks at night. Everyone on foot gets four minutes to start bookin it to the other landmark. The people in the cars have to drive around looking for and catching everyone on foot. The object is to get to he other landmark without getting caught. Jumping fences and hiding in bushes included. The game: Fugitive. greatest times ever.

You can go to a street and stand in front of a house and scream as loud as you can: WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME DADDY, WHY?? I JUST WANTED TO BE WITH MY FRIENDS AND PARTY. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME. And start crying :)  Me and my friends did it once, and the man who lived there called the cops so we ran to another street and did the same thing :)
Also, you can put up a tent somewhere and have a sleepover and have  marshmallows or something like that!!

Have you and your friends arrange to fun night at a different house every week. Have food and movies or video games .And maybe even Cookout and everybody bring something.

1)camp out in a tent in some random persons front lawn.

2) put crap in a lunch bag, light it on fire, put it on someones front doorstep, and ding-dong-ditch the house.

3) draw all over someones drive way with chalk when there not home

Walk around until you find one of those concrete "black boys" on someone's porch.. Take it, paint it white, and put it back.
OR...demand a ransom for it.
OR...put it in a bunch of fun places, take pics, then return it along with  the pics.

It will serve them right for having something so TACKY!
