How do you host games in Starcraft?

I know it has somthing to do with changing ports, but please explain how to do it(how to change ports) and what ports to change to.

    When you host, click create and pick your map and the game type. If no one is entering, then the game will most likely have high lat(lag). That is because of your firewall which isnt allowing traffic so close it then host.

    What is this "ports" you are referring to?

    just go to battle.net and either

    click CREATE, or

    join an installed league (need League maps)

    Source(s): if your latency is high, be careful. people log in with the lowest latency and cause a constant disruption (lag) of the game.
