Here's another stupid question and answer for flea control?
I could be very wrong, but here we go again with the pesty flea season. I have tried every product on the market, so don't suggest frontline and all that, tried the garlic that a vet tech suggested, front and back yards have been treated, also since fleas jump did part of neighbors yards. My pastor suggested regular table salt in the bedding. Oh by the way bedding and dogs are cleaned on a regular basis..

Have you de-flead your house?
I don't understand why Frontline works on many dogs but not yours.. Frontline kills fleas that land on the dog within 24 hours. If your dogs keep getting fleas from outside then i don't suppose there is really much you can do aside from lots of hoovering and spraying your house with a good quality de-fleaing spray regularly.

I just use flea collars and baths in-between when needed. If you have a lot of stray animals in your neighborhood find a non-kill shelter to take them to. Collars are only like $7 and last months. They have sprinkle on flea killer for carpets if they are in your house already.. This works alright for only $7-$10 more.

I would never put salt in my dogs bedding. It would irritate the dogs skin something awful. Sound to me like you need a professional to come in and get the job done right and stop fooling around with easy fixes.
