I haven't looked into them, but just analyzed what I have seen in the commercials. The commercials say that the person took the pills, which supposedly block 40% of the fat one eats, and dieted and exercised. Now, I'm not a nutritionist, a doctor, etc., just somebody who saw the commercials at the beginning of the year while watching many hours of TV while nursing my then four month old daughter. The way I see it, if somebody started to eat whole, real foods, less bad fat, and got more active, s/he could probably lose weight. At least, that's what worked for me. No gimmicky pills. However, I think one of the reasons why I lost weight easily after my daughter was born was from all of those hours of breastfeeding in additon to the whole, real foods.

I have tried several different weight loss pills and had varying results from each. I chose to discontinue use on some of them because i felt they were bad for my health. I then started looking for a good all natural and safe weight loss pill. I found hoodia and started using it and im very happy with the results.

My friend did, and died because of them. Don't use pills! =)
