Physico-chemical properties of raw cereals/legumes.?

I hav to do some experiments on physico- chemical properties of horsegram viz.

1. seed weight(g/100seeds)

2. seed volume (ml/100seeds)

3. seed density (g/ml)

4. hydration capacity-g

5. hydration index

6. swelling capacity-ml

7. swelling index

8. water absorption (ml/g flour)

9. fat absorption capacity (ml/g flour)

I have tried searching the methods on the internet, but in vain.

can nyone pleaseeeeeee provide me the step wise methods for the above parameters and also their references.

its vry important.

    Monomer vs. Polymer. Monomers are loners and not very large (unless hydrogenated or something to increase concentration of empirical) Polymers have a bunch of friends stuck together who are the same kind. An example of a polymer would be polyethelene. Try to use monoethelene for a milk carton and you'll be stuck with container-less milk. polymers would have slightly stronger IMFs
