In Excel, can you use a custom format to get a percent sign added to the number but NOT multiplied by 100?

For example, I want the number 62.49 to display as 62.49%.

But, I am linking 100s of numbers from another application and it is not a simple task to divide by 100. Thus, I want to know if I can do it just using the custom formatting options.

This can be Excel 2007 or 2003.
