Why is there no category for Bolivia?

Only the most important countries have their own categories.

Brazil, Argentina and Mexico have each an especial category. The other countries are all included in "Latin America", and there you can find separated categories of some medium size countries like Chile, Venezuela, Peru, etc. Finally, the smallest or less important countries are all together in the category of "Others".
