Why don't my Neutrogena Wave pads foam?

I have also had the same problem. I honestly think it is a design flaw. This is what I do. Put on the pad, wet it, and rub it on the back of your hand for a few seconds. Then pull the pad off and flip it over and re-stick. It seems the underside is always foaming and not the up side. I think the pads probably should be redesigned a little.

I have the same Q!! My wave pads dont foam up either!! Kinda weird, but I think it may have something to do with the age of them.

I rather have the comparable concern and so do different people from what I hear. The pads do not foam up nicely, so i think of i pass to might desire to attempt including my own purifier to it like different people do. good luck!

maybe ure putting too much water in them

try to put as little as possible - the lesser, the more effective!

if it doesnt work then try using an exfoliating scrub, or u can use fresh lemon juice as a toner and it'll clean ure pores

yess. if u add too much or too little water it will do that!!but that is not really wat cleans your face its the viberation!!sooo!!yahhh!!well if its not any of those then go to wherever u bought it 4rm and ask 4 a refund or buy new pads for it!! maybee there olddd!!

Are you putting too much water on it?

You shold try getting a new one because your old one might be broken because you've had it for a while

age and too much water!
