Ask whoever the network belongs to. If it's your own network and you misplaced the WEP key, then just reset the network.

It's a password required to connect to the router. The password is stored in the router and you must have it to connect.

even if it isn't your instant than that password is there for a reason. if its yours wish you probably did not ignore it. in case you probably did not set it up then call your IT guy. he had extra useful know!!
