I for one hope that their English is better!!! Nothing is more annoying than speaking to some one who has a bad accent. I realize that English is one of the languages of India, but come on, please learn to speak so we can understand you. I do not resent the fact that many companies have moved their businesses to India, because for them it is Economically more viable, but the training in dealing with customers here in America is indeed lacking. So, let's get on the ball. Make it possible for us to understand you!
