My boyfriends ex is a psycho?!!?

When my boyfriend left his ex 8 months ago he left everything. All of his clothes, a load of pay cheques that he had in the safe, basically everything.

He left her because he found out she was cheating and she ended up turning violent with him, it drove him to the point of a breakdown in the end.

He has done so well over the past 8 months and come on so far then last Thursday she approached him at work and told him that she misses him and wants him back. He said he couldn't go back to her because of what she put him through. Then she said well do you want to at least come and get your stuff?

So as he had ALL of his stuff at her house he wanted to go and get it. So the next day he turns up and he was really nervous, he decided to reverse into the drive and he was lucky that he did. As soon zas he turned the engine off his car was jumped by 4 men and they smashed the car in then tried to pull him out of the car!!!!

Update:

He managed to get away unhurt but this has knocked him back emotionally and he's down.

I have told him that i am here if he needs to talk and i don't mind if it's about the feelings he had for her. He goes over what happend and what might have happened if he got out of the car but he won;t talk to me about how he is feeling.

Do you know how i can get him to open up??

He won't report her because he thinks she will do something worse to him. I want her to do something to me, i'll report her!!!

    okay.. buy a gun.. and keep it in your car.. its called the extension of the home law.. if he is ever attacked while in or around his car he can reach under his seat whip out the 9 and blast the muther ......... who was trying to jump him.. and as for the psycho.. id recommend getting the police involved. and taking her to court for the stuff... now.. to get him to open up

    relax him.. rub his head, tell him everything will be okay and that you are there to listen to him whenever he needs to talk.. he needs to know that he can trust you with anything..

    but seriously.. buy a pistol.. they have some nice compact pistols that are easily hidden.. i guarantee he wont get jumped with one of those.

    WHAT A EVIL ***** the poor fella must be in a right state .. buy him a phone tat has a recorder on it tat will tape her if she rings him . any evidence at all go to the police and explain all at least if something does happen it was reported and the police will be on yere side not hers.. He has a rite to go and get his belonging tell the police and ask them to come with him to get it has he life has been threatened.. and if all else hire a hit man to kill the *****!! GOOD LUCK

    He will open up when he is ready. You can't force the issue. However, he might want to forget about anything he left there and just start over with a clean slate.

    I feel bad for you and definetely him. Don't force him to open up. Let him know that you are there whenever he is ready, then let it go. Allow him to speak about what ever part of it he wishes to speak about. He might not want to talk about any feelings he had for her because of the way she handled him. He'll be okay.

    u should have called the police!!!!!!!! just let him have time on his own if he wants 2 discuss it he wil come 2 u when hes ready
